These salmon steaks are quick and easy. Perfect for a mid-week dinner. Easy clean-up too!

¼ cup orange juice
3 tablespoons olive oil, plus an additional tablespoon to brush the salmon steaks before grilling
2 tablespoons ketchup (check label for allergens)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/3 cup gluten-free soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 salmon steaks, about 1” thick

In a small bowl combine all the ingredients, except the salmon steaks. Set aside.

Wash and pat dry the salmon steaks and place in a shallow baking dish. Season well with salt and pepper, and pour prepared marinade over top. Flip the salmon a couple of times to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours.

When ready to grill, brush the salmon steaks with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, and cook on a gas grill over direct heat. Cook for 7-11 minutes, or until desired doneness. Serve immediately.
