Creamy Apple-Cinnamon Fruit Dip
A creamy & delicious lower-fat dip that is perfect served with sliced apples, pears and peaches.
1 8-ounce carton light sour cream
1 8-ounce package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
½ cup unsweetened apple sauce
1½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon - divided
In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients, except ½ teaspoon of the cinnamon.
Cover and blend until smooth & creamy, being careful not to over process.
Spoon into a small bowl to serve, and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon.
Enjoy with fresh cut fruit.
