Sweet and spicy – these drumsticks are favorites of kids and adults alike!

12 chicken drumsticks
1 cup honey
6 tablespoons gluten free whole-grain mustard (Check label for allergens!)
3 tablespoons gluten free Dijon mustard (Check label for allergens!)
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons corn oil
Fresh parsley sprigs, to garnish

Using a sharp knife, make several slits in each chicken drumstick, then place them in a large, non-metallic dish.

Mix together the honey, both mustards, vinegar and oil, whisking well to combine.  Pour over the chicken, stirring to coat the wings well.  Cover with plastic wrap and place the chicken in the refrigerator to marinate preferably overnight – but a few hours will do.

Preheat the broiler to medium.  Place the drumsticks on a broiler pan and cook under the broiler, turning and brushing frequently with the marinade, for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked thoroughly. Cool, then place on a serving platter and garnish with parsley sprigs.
