One of my favorite smoothies! The ice makes it perfect for a refreshing after-workout treat!
1 cup of cut-up cantaloupes
1/3 cup of orange juice
2 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup of frozen or fresh berries (strawberries, raspberry, blueberries, or any mix of berries)
A handful of ice cubes
In a blender or smoothie mixer, combine all of the ingredients, except for the ice cubes. Pulse until well blended.
Once blended, add the ice-cubes and pulse again until smooth.
Makes 2-4 servings.
