Very Berry Breakfast Shake
Switch out the milk in this recipe to soy milk, almond milk, etc. Be creative and adapt to your allergens. Perfect for breakfast or a mid-day snack.
2 cups of frozen or fresh fruit (strawberries, mangos, peaches, etc.) shopped into small pieces
1 ¾ cup of milk (Feel free to substitute soy milk, almond milk, etc. to adapt to your allergens) Check all labels for allergens!
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Combine all in a blender or smoothie maker until smooth.
