Win-It-Wednesday: PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter – 85% Less Fat Calories!

PB2I love peanut butter. But I don’t like all the fat and calories that come along with this super spread.

That is why I was so very, very excited to find PB2.

PB2 come in two flavors: the traditional peanut butter and, my favorite, peanut butter blended with premium chocolate (can you say yum?!) Both are gluten-free.

The product is made by slow roasting superior quality peanuts and then pressing them to remove 85% of the fat and oil… which produces a fine “peanut powder”. Next they add in a bit of sugar and salt (No preservatives or artificial sweeteners).

And… magically… when you blend PB2 with water (mix 2 tablespoons of PB2 with 1 tablespoon of water) it makes a super delicious, tasty and creamy peanut butter that is only 45 calories per serving with only 1 gram of fat!  This product is perfect for those on Weight Watchers or those concerned with calories.

    I LOVE PEANUT BUTTER!!!!!!
    I inhale it every day
    PB and honey sandwiches, Banana and pb grilled sandwich, melted with granola, cold of the freezer dipped in white chocolate….but the best!!!!!

    I add it to my chocolate vitamin shake for protein. Tastes like a liquid peanut butter cup and I absolutely adore it for an afternoon snack when I get a sweet tooth craving.

    Gluten Free peanut butter is a must for me. I use it on almost every fruit I eat. I have PBJ toast with my coffee most mornings to get my energy levels pumped up. Also use it to hide allergy pills for my dogs…they see it as a treat.

    Low-fat peanut butter! I love the fact that it is powdered so that it can be blended into cakes, cookies, frostings for that subtle peanut butter flavor — and can be reconstituted into a dip or spread! Wow. I would love to try this product for many, many cooking/eating uses.

    I like to dip carrots in peanut butter. I prefer the sweet zing and snap of the carrots over celery (and no celery strings to get caught in my teeth lol). So good and fun to eat 🙂

    My favorite ingredient!
    My new breakfast, I toast sweet potato sliced in the toaster, when they pop out, I add my favorite apple jam and sprinkle PB2 on top!!!!!
    Great for any meal, or snack !
    So much fiber!
