Uforia — what a great name! The cake has to be delicious to carry a name pronounced “Euphoria.” I would love to have a really good gluten-free cake on hand in the freezer for impromptu coffee klaches/last minute company/late night cravings — actually, there are too many reasons to list them all. Our local grocers don’t carry this, but if it’s as good as it sounds, mail-order will suffice until a store manager adds this treat to their gluten-free stock.
