Win-It-Wednesday: New varieties of KIND Bars and KIND Clusters – and they can be yours!

Yes! Yes! YES!!!  KIND Bars has two new flavors to expand their Nuts & Spices line… Plus, three new varieties to their Healthy Grains Clusters line!

If you’re in love with KIND Nut & Spice bars because they have the most awesome flavor combinations ever, contain premium all-natural ingredients that you actually pronounce, or have 5 grams of sugar (or less!), you now have yet another reason to crave for and rave about – two delicious new flavors.

The two new flavors KIND has created for their Nuts & Spices line are (drum-roll, please!) Dark Chocolate Mocha Almond and Caramel Almond & Sea Salt.

Joining the first four varieties of the Nuts & Spice lines (includes Dark Chocolate Nuts & Sea Salt, Madagascar Vanilla Almond, Dark Chocolate Cinnamon Pecan, and Cashew Ginger & Spice) these two newcomers will have all of us sweet, savory, nut loving, and even you coffee-crazies begging for more.  The Dark Chocolate Mocha Almond bar is made with dark roasted coffee and whole almonds. It is then blended with honey, before being drizzled with dark chocolate. The Caramel Almond & Sea Salt is touched with sea salt and drizzled caramel over almonds, which creates a sweet and savory bar that leaves you begging for more.

More exciting news from KIND is the new addition to their Healthy Grain Clusters line. Three new varieties have been added to this line of gluten-free granola. The new flavors are: Fruit & Nut Clusters; Raspberry Clusters with Chia Seeds; and, my favorite, Banana Nut Clusters.

All of the varieties of Healthy Grain Clusters are made with a unique blend of 5 super gluten-free grains including gluten free oats, millet, quinoa, amaranth, and buckwheat. Packed with whole grains, essential nutrients and minerals, KIND clusters can be enjoyed snack time, breakfast time, or anytime. I love that the Banana Nut Clusters and the Raspberry Clusters with Chia Seeds are also low in fat and sugar… and taste delicious.

All these wonderful, healthy and tasty reasons are why I am so thrilled that KIND Snacks is this week’s Win-It-Wednesday sponsor on BeFreeForMe.com.

A total of two(2) BeFreeForMe members will be selected to win a prize pack of KIND Snacks loaded with 5 bars of each (!) of the new Nuts & Spices Bars (Caramel Almond & Sea Salt AND Dark Chocolate Mocha Almond) and 2 bags EACH of the three new Cluster flavors (Banana Nut Clusters, Fruit & Nut Clusters, and Raspberry Clusters with Chia Seeds).

One winner will be randomly selected from the entries received before Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at 11:59 PM EST, and one more winners will be randomly selected to win from the entries received between Wednesday, July 9 and Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at 11:59 PM. SO – make sure you’re a BeFreeForMe member and enter to win two times!

My brother did the nicest thing for me. I have Celiac Disease and because of it, I haven’t been able to eat my favorite candy bar, Kit-Kats, in over two years! He went out of his way and purchased gluten free creme wafers and dipped them in gluten free chocolate, it took him about three hours to make all of them! He said he did it because he knew I missed them…it is the nicest, most thoughtful thing someone has done for me!

  41. Karen Says:

Dark Chocolate Mocha Almond???????? Really? Ohhhhhhhhlalal….. Yep that would be it for me! So many acts of kindness….. My neighbor pulls a weed every time he walks past the front of my house for me. It’s a small routine that makes us both smile. I often have trouble getting out there before it’s too dark and because my garage is on the side of house, I don’t even see the front. Since he has to go past my house to get the mail I get at least two weeds pulled a day if there are any. He has a pretty sharp eye and right now he has nothing to pull. Very nice indeed.

  42. tomi Says:

  46. Krysta Says:

I’m looking forward to the Dark Chocolate Mocha. I’ve tried a few KIND bars and have enjoyed each uniquely.

In regards to the kindness of others, my Mom and I moved to Arizona, for health reasons, with our travel trailer and have solely relied on the kindness of strangers who graciously took us in and helped us get the trailer settled; we do pay for our stay here, but it’s just to cover what’s necessary, and the neighbors barter quite a bit (they also have health issues and are very inderstanding). I can’t think of much that would be kinder than taking in and helping strangers in need.

  47. Kimberly Says:

Would love to try the new Caramel Almond And Sea Salt Nut and Seed bars!

These bars would make an excellent travel buddy! I am thinking,……awesome in a beach bag!!!!! VEGANS ROCK!!!!!

  64. Kitty Says:

Raspberry Clusters and Chia Seed with a chaser of Caramel Almond and Sea Salt!

My sweet friend buys all gluten free snacks for our monthly get together so there’s no possible cross contamination for me! I’m the only one in the group that is Gluten Free! (But I notice they’ve begun to like the taste and healthy nutrition of “my” snacks better than their sugar laden, all carb type fare!) Good for them, great for me!

The caramel almond with sea salt would be the flavor of choice but they are all delicious! something kind done by another would be the prayers of my church for me with the difficulty I have had due to my medical conditions, juvenile diabetes and seizure, which have now possibly caused a loss in job. the prayers have been for healing of all medical (including celiac disease), job opportunities, and no fear of seizures in time to come.

We go away to a camp once a year and being gluten free always makes traveling difficult. Thankfully, the camp is now serving gluten free meals! They don’t make desserts tho…but, that’s okay because my Mom was so sweet and made some for us to take with us, so I wouldn’t feel left out! 🙂

  84. Margoka Says:

I like the nut and spices.

  85. Marci Duncan Says:

Dark Chocolate Mocha…dark chocolate anything is good! My sister called me on Monday and we had a two hour conversation. Talked about a dream I had about our mother (who has been gone for 25 years) and how in my dream I held her hands and they were so soft and warm…just like we both remembered. It was a great phone call. I really miss having her close by.

  86. Marci Duncan Says:

Speaking of all things Kind, reminds me of my dearest friend who has supported my family thru our gf/cf adventures. Her willingness to adapt to our needs is now being reciprocated since she has discovered how amazing she feels on the same diet! It has been a complete *180 turn in every aspect of her health! Thank God for those who have gone before us , paved the way and shone the light on a better path! Pass it on!

  89. Karly Says:

Wow, they all sound delicious but I really wanna chow down on the raspberry clusters with chia seeds, I love raspberries. My Father-In-Law took a cutting of his money tree for me recently as a thank you for mowing his grass while they were away on holiday and to give us some luck – he said we should always have good fortune now, so thoughtful.
