WIN-It-Wednesday: Better N’ Peanut Butter

Let’s get down to the basics. Peanut butter is good, and it’s good for you – but it has way too many calories and fat for a gal like me to eat every day.

That’s why I am more than thrilled to have found a new and improved alternative… Better N’ Peanut Butter.

Better N’ Peanut Butter is gluten-free, dairy-free, and contains no cholesterol or trans or saturated fats.

Better yet … it has 85% less fat and 40% less calories than regular peanut butter.

The three varieties that Better N’ Peanut Butter comes in is: Original (with less than 3 grams of fat per serving vs. regular peanut butter that has 16 grams of fat), Low-Sodium (with 95 mg of sodium per serving), and Chocolate (a unique rich & creamy blend of chocolate & peanut butter that, believe it or not,  still has 85% less fat and 40% fewer calories than regular peanut butter! Yummy!)

Better N’ Peanut Butter is just what a gluten-free gal like me needs, especially when bathing suit season is just a few short months away.

Any way you spread it, Better N’ Peanut Butter is just plain better.

That is why I am happy to report that Better N’ Peanut Butter is this week’s WIN-It-Wednesday sponsor on BeFreeForMe. Two (yes 2!) LUCKY BeFreeForMe members will win a variety pack of Better N’ Peanut Butters (one of each flavor).

I bought some Amish Peanut Butter last year in Arthur, IL. Of course it was great but they also put marshamallow creme in their peanut butter. I am a walker and try to walk every day at least once or twice a day. I also have a treadmill but when warm weather, sun is shining forget the treadmill. I would rather be outside walking, seeing the scenery, getting the sun and fresh air.

  50. Nana Pat Says:

My girlfriend and I walk three times a week for about an hour to an hour and a half. Before I go I always scoop some Peanut Butter into a little zippered bag and snip a tiny bit off of one corner. (I fold the corner over with tape so It doesn’t squish out.) As we’re walking I squeeze out a little and let it stick to the roof of my mouth so I can ‘savour ‘it while we walk. The PB is always gone by the time I get home; but you can bet I turn that bag inside out , just to get the very last lick! 😉

Seriously, don’t knock it till ya try it and y’all know you’ve eaten some pretty iffy stuff on your way to being healthier. I’d love to hear back from people who really do give it a shot.

  54. Reva Brooks Says:

Since Spring has just arrived and I love to work in flowers and a vegetable garden, I get a lot of exercise just doing things that I love doing. There are truly a lot of different exercises you will be doing. You will use a lot of your muscles. I love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
