Win-It-Wednesday: Nouri Bars

I love when the food I eat is good for me. But as an added bonus, it’s also awesome when the food I eat also does good for others.

An example of this? Nouri Bars.

The Nouri brand really raises the bar when it comes to makes healthy, gluten-free, vegan and non-GMO bars… For every bar sold a child in need is fed a hot meal. So this bar is not just wholesomely delicious, but a “socially conscience” snack. Curious to find out more & see how this all works? Make sure you check out this link on their website and find out how buying Nouri Bars can save lives.

And if doing good isn’t enough, these 100% real fruit and nut bars also taste good too. Nouri Bars come in three delicious flavors: Apple Cinnamon Spice (ingredients: organic dates, hemp protein, organic agave nectar, apples, organic cashews, cinnamon, organic vanilla extract); Chocolate & Creamy Cashew (ingredients: organic dates, hemp protein, organic cashews, organic cashew butter, organic agave nectar, dark chocolate chips, organic vanilla powder) and Peanut Butter & Wild Cherry (ingredients: organic dates, organic peanut butter, cherries, peanuts, organic pumpkin seeds, hemp protein, organic vanilla extract, sea salt).

These bars also are made only with organic ingredients and have no preservatives or flavorings.

In a nutshell, these fruity and nutty bars are super-delicious, good for you and good for others. What’s not to love?

I wish they weren’t loaded with salt, but I like apple cinnamon. Hopefully companies can start to reduce the salt content of their products as well as sugar, without adding stupid chemicals in it’s place. We need to get our tastebuds back to nature 🙂

  42. Neda Says:

Lets go w/ Apple Cinnamon this time! ….

Thank you Sean Ferguson! 🙂 The first step is that people change their taste buds, otherwise companies will seek ways to make their products more & more delicious & satisfying! We, ourselves are the solution!

  43. Venessa Says:

I choose chocolate & creamy cashew. I brew tea for myself every day, and I help out people with money if they needed.

  53. Jan F Says:

They all sound good, but Peanut Butter and Wild Cherry sounds like something I NEED to try. I live in a rural area with roadside mailboxes( for now) so to do good for others, I write little notes and put in neighbors mailboxes. The notes are simple pick-me-ups like ” smile, you’re worth it” , “have a great day”, ” good luck on your exam”, or whatever else is appropriate to the recipient. Some people know it’s me and let me know they appreciate it, others don’t know who does it and are surprised. Yesterday I received one, it said ” here’s a hug, use it when you’re down”. I don’t know the sender, but it made me feel good to know someone else also cares enough to share their feelings. So to all of you ” Have a GREAT day”.

  54. TXEdie Says:

Sounds like a delicious quick snack when needed — airports, unfriendly restaurants — and the size is perfect for tucking in a pocket or purse. I’ll try all three flavors!

  55. Vanessa Says:

Chocolate and creamy cashew sounds great to me! Newly diagnosed with a gluten allergy and the struggle to find yummy food has been real! The good I do for myself is mediate and reflect on the positive things in my life. The good I do for others is donation of clothing and Xmas presents for kids without every year. It keeps them happy even though it’s not a necessity. 🙂

  56. julie Says:

    chocolate and creamy cashew-yum

  57. Cheryl Phillips Says:

I always try to eat a nutritious breakfast! The chocolate creamy cashew sounds put of this world!!
